So what’s the story?!

Two contracted deals that fell out of Escrow [canceled]

Both had the same things in common:

Both buyers stated “but the Lender told me I could qualify”

Both buyers only had only a Pre-Qual Letter or an Approval Letter from the lender. [worth only the penny of the piece of paper it is written on]

Both buyers did not us my recommended Lenders.

Both buyers were very disappointed for this waste.

FINANCING CANCELLATIONS  in the middle and towards the end of escrow CAN BE AVOIDED.
