Would you say that the threat of a double dip recession has faded in Las Vegas?
Locals think that it is good news that over 800 jobs are now available at the new Downtown Grand Casino and Hotel.
Locals also embrace all the new attractions such as the Quad and the Linq Ferris Wheel [dubbed Las Vegas High Roller] on the Las Vegas Strip. Even more jobs.
Locals also appreciate all the fine restaurants, over-the-top shopping, the Performing Arts, and also low housing pricing [One-half of CA, HI, NY]. Current owners are very much appreciating the Las Vegas housing appreciation too. Not to mention no state income tax and virtually no natural disasters that plague other locations.
Local Retirees just love the Vibrant Age Restricted Communities too.
Have any Las Vegas needs/questions?? I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!
